Sand table games, also known as box court therapy, are accompanied by therapists who allow visitors to freely select small molds from the shelves where various miniature molds (toys) are placed, and place them in a special container (sand table) filled with fine sand to create some scenes. Then, the therapist uses Jung's "mental image" theory to analyze the visitors' works.
(1) Individual sandbox games can deeply reveal the inner world of individuals, allowing them to communicate with the subconscious and understand their deep needs.
(2) Family sandplay can alleviate the relationship between family members, facilitate deep spiritual communication among members, and especially have a positive effect on cultivating children's good character habits.
(3) Sandplay for a specific group, such as students, teachers, medical personnel, patients, senior management personnel, sales personnel, and civil servants, can promote the distillation of team spirit, enhance team cohesion, cultivate collaborative talents, discover commonalities within the group, strengthen spiritual communication among members, and ease the team atmosphere.
